I never made a "repeated failed login attempt" as this error message just pops up literally the first thing when I try to log in. Just for additional information here are the things that have happened so far:Ĭontacted support 3 times as far as I can remember, and have waited for 72+ hours just to access my own account. I literally waited for total of 72 hours plus in total JUST TO ACCESS MY OWN ACCOUNT. But the problem is, the last time I asked for support again which is yesterday, the support gave me a solution which is I change both my email and password, AND I have to wait for another 24 hours.įast forward to now, about 25+ hours after that, I try to login to my Ubisoft account with my new email and password, and guess what, it happens again. So I did wait and after the waiting time I usually be able to login for about a day, and the next day the same error pops up. I have been into 3 customer support chat, and every time the solution was for me to "wait for 24 hours before logging in again". Now here's the thing, what frustrates me the most is, I have been getting this error for multiple weeks. Basically whenever I log in to my account, both on Ubisoft website and Uplay, I get the error "Account Suspended due to multiple failed login or activation attempts". I don't know where to begin as I am deeply frustrated with this problem at the moment. ![]()
